At Beauty By Erika, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To help us serve all our clients effectively, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 non-refundable fee.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge.

  • If you are on a service package and fail to show up or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will forfeit that session.
